Weihnachts-Oratorium on Boxing Day in full on NP02

For the TV-programme "De Nacht van het Licht", the EO did recordings during the concert of our Weihnachts-Oratorium in the Grote of Sint-Gudulakerk in Lochem. The broadcast took place on Boxing Day on NPO 2 and turned out beautifully. In the introduction, Elsbeth Gruteke talks to Roek Lips and Claartje Kruijff, among others, who see the oratorio as a bright spot in this dark world. Tido Visser, arts director of the Nederlands Kamerkoor, explains how the remarkable work is constructed.
