Your personal data

When using our goods and/or services, such as subscribing to the NKK magazine or becoming a Friend, you provide data that enables us to perform these services. The type of data we collect depends on the purpose. We will never collect more personal data than necessary for the intended purpose. For example, when signing up for our online newsletter, it is not necessary to provide your postal address. Before collecting this data, we will always ask for your consent. Depending on the service you use, we may process the following personal data:

- IBAN (when making a purchase in the webshop or becoming a Friend of the NKK)

For example, for the biennial magazine distribution, we share your data with the organization handling the distribution. Through an agreement, we ensure that third parties may not use your data for purposes other than intended. Additionally, we will agree with the third party to delete the data once it is no longer needed for the intended purpose.
