The Felix de Nobel Society

The Felix de Nobel Society is the meeting place for private donors of the Netherlands Chamber Choir. The society is named after our ‘founding father’ Felix de Nobel. Thanks to the contributions of our circle members, we are able to develop innovative productions that make a difference, such as Van Gogh in Me or our highly acclaimed traineeship for young professionals, NKK NXT.

Privileges

As a member of the society, you are the first to be informed about the latest developments at the Netherlands Chamber Choir. Each year, we organize a variety of exclusive activities:

  • A festive reception to open the concert season (including two complimentary tickets)
  • An exclusive rehearsal visit, followed by a meeting with our singers
  • Two receptions around special concerts, such as Bach’s Weihnachts-Oratorium and other remarkable productions
  • Invitations to our private concerts
  • The exclusive opportunity to travel abroad with the choir. In 2026, the Felix de Nobel Society trip will be to Baden-Baden

With your membership in the Felix de Nobel Society, you can experience the profound beauty of choral singing in an exclusive setting, make new connections, and share your experiences with fellow members of the society.

Regular donation

You can join the Felix de Nobel Society with a donation of €1.000 or more per year, for a period of five years or longer. Your regular donation to the NKK Fund is fully tax-deductible, so a regular donation of €1,000 costs you just €535 per year after tax. Use the calculator below to estimate your tax benefit.

Regular donation agreement

If you would like to commit your gift for a minimum of five years and enjoy tax benefits, you can contact our colleague Margot Palmen (Head of Development). Alternatively, you can complete the agreement below and email it to margot.palmen@nederlandskamerkoor.nl, or send it by post to: NKK Fund, attn. Margot Palmen, Antwoordnummer 58281, 3508 WB Utrecht
Once your agreement is registered, we will return a copy to you for your tax records.

NKK Fund

To strengthen ties with major donors and further expand this group, the NKK Fund was set up in mid-2020, which houses larger gifts and donations. Members of The Nobel Society donate to the NKK Fund. The board of the NKK Fund guarantees that your donation contributes directly to special projects of the Netherlands Chamber Choir.
