Talent development
NKK NXT, our traineeship for young professionals, has successfully bridged the gap between education and practice for six years now. The step from conservatory to professional singer often turns out to be very big. With NKK NXT, we give eight talents a job for six months. A job in which their development is paramount and in which their chances of securing a place on the labour market as a professional singer grow.

Top quality and innovation
At the Netherlands Chamber Choir, excellence, and innovation go hand in hand. We perform a thousand years of choral music and do so in groundbreaking ways. We invest not only in the development of our singers, but also in cooperation with artists from other disciplines and encounters with other domains, such as care, education, and science.
Participation
We organise Singing Days across the country, bringing together singers from all over the region for a day filled with choral singing. That way, we invest in the wonderful amateur choir world of the Netherlands. We are proud of that.
