Franse van der Wiel - alto

Mezzo-soprano Franske van der Wiel (1993) began singing at the age of six at the Koorschool Midden-Gelderland in Ede. Under the direction of conductor Albert Wissink, her musical foundation was laid here, and she discovered her great passion for the profession. Naturally, in 2012, she began studying classical singing at the ArtEZ Conservatory in Zwolle with Elena Vink, and after her bachelor's degree (2016), she completed her master's degree (2018) cum laude under Claudia Patacca. During her studies, she attended various masterclasses, interpretation lessons, and song classes with many teachers. She is currently coached by Marion van den Akker.
