Melina Meschkat was already asked to perform as a soloist in various opera houses, theaters and other productions while still studying for her bachelor's degree at the university in Saarbrücken. After graduating with honors from her bachelor's program, she began her master's in opera at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater in Hamburg.
During her studies, Melina always enjoyed ensemble singing and was a member of the Kammerchor Saarbrücken, among others. She has also been touring with the Nederlands Kamerkoor several times a year since 2021. Melina is regularly requested as a soloist for concerts, mainly in Europe. After completing her master's studies, Melina Meschkat moved to Groningen, the Netherlands, where she lives with her partner, dog and baby. Since September 2020, she has been taking vocal lessons and coaching with Hanneke de Wit.
