In January, the ninth edition of NKK NXT, the traineeship of the Netherlands Chamber Choir, will begin. Eight talented young vocalists will work on ensemble singing at the highest level while further developing themselves as creators. They will be coached by singers from the Netherlands Chamber Choir as well as by professionals from the field.
During the traineeship, the group will create its own production, and in co-production with Studio Vacuüm—led by the promising young composer and director Mees Vervuurt—they will develop a performance to be presented at outdoor locations at O. Festival, Oranjewoud, and Oerol.
